Soul Journey Women's Circle Seat - In Person

The purpose of Soul Journey Women’s Circle is to gather to inspire and celebrate each other, relieve ourselves from shame, guilt, anger and fear while embracing our power, receiving love and celebrating each other. A safe and courageous space is created to be YOU and connect with like minded women! Teachings, practices and activities are shared that guide us to connect with our true selves and be in community. We connect with our hearts and bodies, minds and souls. We do this TOGETHER! 

We gather in a beautiful space, located in SE Calgary. YOU have a place to come home to without judgment where all emotions are welcome. Sharing is strongly encouraged, however, not mandatory. Being present and witnessing each other in our power and vulnerability contributes to the group.

Soul Journey Women's Circle lasts up to 3 hrs, depending on arrival and departure time. This event includes, meditation, tea and snacks, sharing time, teachings and spiritual tools.
